Before founding On Belay Management Consulting, Russ Shumaker worked at an award-winning media agency in Los Angeles, writing 1 million words per year for more than a dozen high profile clients. 

After earning his MBA, he then went brand side and led strategy and marketing for a $310M+ business unit, growing revenue by nearly 50% along the way.

This combination of experiences is the bedrock of our copywriting department. All of our writers are experts in their fields.
