He earned his MBA at Pepperdine University and holds a MA from Fuller Theological Seminary.
An avid traveler, Russ believes that cross-cultural travel is a source of innovation and growth and has experienced 5 continents, 26 countries, and 47 U.S. states. He and his wife, a psychologist and Army veteran, have two children and an Aussie and reside in Indianapolis.

Brooke also has experience in construction and manufacturing accounting. Brooke grew up in Lombard, IL, and returned to the area in 2019 after a ten year stay in North Carolina. She currently resides in Clarendon Hills and enjoys spending her free time traveling or simply visiting with her friends and her daughter.
